Today i prcaticed this over and over until i could do it. after id learnt it i decided that i'd film it coz i think it looks cool.

OMG this fuckin hurt. i tried to do a trebel front somersault and I landed on my head! I recomend you watch this vid
     
This is a new version of the old jumping high vid. This is me on my trampoline, in the air for a whole 20 seconds before I landed again.
